Job Description :

As the Head of Engineering, you will be a key member of the executive team and responsible for leading the engineering department to drive product development and innovation. You will oversee the entire engineering function, including research and development, product design, and quality assurance. Your leadership will help shape the technical vision of the company and drive projects from concept to launch.

Responsibilities :

- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the engineering department.

- Oversee and manage all aspects of product development, from design to production.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, sales) to align technical efforts with business objectives.

- Develop and implement engineering processes and standards to ensure high-quality output and efficient workflows.

- Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers and technical staff.

- Allocate resources effectively to achieve project goals and meet deadlines.

- Monitor project progress and implement adjustments as necessary to ensure projects stay on track.

- Drive innovation by staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

- Oversee the testing and validation of new products and technologies.

- Manage budgets and resources to optimize operational efficiency.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and excellence within the engineering team.

- Act as a technical expert and resource for the company.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field


- Master's degree preferred.

- Extensive experience in engineering leadership roles, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.

- Strong knowledge of product development lifecycle, engineering principles, and industry best practices.

- Excellent leadership and people management skills.

- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.

- Strong project management and organizational skills.

- Knowledge of relevant software, tools, and technologies.
