About the Role

We are seeking an experienced & Seasoned Performance Marketer with a proven track record in managing and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of performance marketing strategies, campaign management, and data analysis, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience in the education and e-commerce industries .

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.
  • Conduct detailed audience segmentation, keyword research, and A/B testing to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven adjustments to improve KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and product, to ensure cohesive campaign messaging and landing page optimization.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and changes in the digital marketing landscape, particularly within Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
  • Implement retargeting strategies to engage potential customers and improve conversion rates.
  • Manage and optimize ad budgets effectively to achieve business goals while minimizing spend wastage.

Requirements

  • Experience : Minimum 3+ years of experience in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Industry Knowledge :
    • Skills :
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
    • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics , Google Tag Manager , Google Ads Manager , and Meta Ads Manager .
    • Expertise in audience targeting, keyword research, and campaign optimization.
    • Technical Skills : Experience with remarketing, custom audiences, and dynamic & UGC ad creation.
    • Soft Skills :
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
    • Creative problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in Google Ads .
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Semrush , Ahrefs , Spyfu or similar marketing tools.
  • Understanding of landing page optimization and UX principles.
