We are looking for a Senior Merchandiser for our Sewing Division .

Candor Textiles is a manufacturer and exporter of niche, quality products for world's leading brands in US, UK, Europe, Australia and 50+ other nations.


In the Sewing Division, we manufacture private label products for brands and companies across the following segments:

  • Automotive (soft tops, seat covers & accessories)
  • Canvas tents (luxury resort tents, camping tents, safari tents)
  • Camping and adventure gear
  • Home Furnishings
  • Lifestyle - Bags - Backpacks, duffle bags, messenger bags, accessories, aprons, jackets, outdoor/work wear
  • Tarpaulins and shade sails

THE ASSIGNMENT

You will be assigned a specific business segment (listed above).

Existing customers of that segment will be shifted to you and every new lead coming in the company which falls under that business segment will be assigned to you.

9 out of 10 leads are international where you would be required to communicate directly with the buyers.

You communication and to be clear and effective. You should have great reasoning and problem solving abilities .


You will have multiple cross functioning teams to support you like - new sample development / pattern / production / operations / quality / graphic design / sample dispatch and coordination / accounts and logistics to support you. We have an in-house developed ERP system to handle all aspects and intricacies regarding sewing business. Everything is on the system and transparent.


From product development to order to shipment to payments, you will be the point of contact for the customer and have to execute everything like you are your customers' representative at Candor.


Need minimum 4-5 years of relevant work experience. Preferably in international markets.


Candor is based out of Indore, which is the largest city in Madhya Pradesh. Indore is a fast-growing Smart City also awarded for being cleanest city of India.
