Qualification:

Responsibility:

Project, Process, and Business Responsibilities:

• As the key strategist, develop a deep understanding of client's brand, markets, target audience, competitors among others Basis understanding of client's larger goal, build a overall marketing strategy.
• Should work/consult on channel strategy, content strategy, media planning, media buying (advisory), traditional channel liaising all the while managing marketing budgets.
• To work on personalization and targeting strategies in line with overall journeys to ensure optimized results.
• The role entails also identifying areas of improvement for the client and should consult the client and be able to integrate new technology/systems/channels.
• As a strategist, leading and mentoring teams of content, Mar Tech specialists, analysts among other and ensuring overall smooth execution of the strategy.
• As the key client liaison, should be able to conduct meetings with senior client leadership, enable them with decisioning and ensuring continued growth of business.
• Leading key efforts of branding, new product enablement, creative conceptualization, and marketing automation.
• Lead efforts related to multiple business development opportunities, lead teams to ensure valued wins.
• Identifying valued opportunities within current client accounts to expand business portfolio and build valued business relationships.

People Management:

• Ability to liaise with a large number of internal and external stakeholders.
• Leading and mentoring large project execution teams.
• Mentoring reportees.
• Liaising with senior leadership both internally and externally.
