Financial reporting and Revenue Analysis

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financialplans budgets and forecasts.
  • Conduct financialanalysis and provide insights to support strategic decisionmaking.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performanceidentifying areas for improvement and risk mitigation.
  • Oversee daytoday financial operationsincluding accounts payable accounts receivable and payroll.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financialrecordkeeping and reporting.
  • Manage cash flowworking capital and capital expenditure activities.
  • Collaborate with senior management to developfinancial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reductionrevenue enhancement and overall financial optimization.
  • Monitor revenues and identify leakages if any.Build a revenue tracking system and develop strategies to identifybillable revenues.
  • Collaborate with differentteams to streamline processes provide visibility of revenues
Team Leadership andDevelopment
  • Lead ateam of finance professionals providing guidance mentorship andperformance feedback.
  • Foster a highperformanceculture and promote continuous learning and development.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams tosupport business initiatives and drive financial excellence.
  • Stay updated on industry trends regulationsand best practices in finance and accounting.
Musthave:
  • 4 years ofexperience working in an international environment in progressivelyresponsible finance roles including managerial experience.
  • Indepth knowledge of financial accountingprinciples regulations and best practices.
  • Proficiency in financial management softwareand advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Analyticalmindset
  • Good eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High sense of ownership and accountability
Nice to have:
  • Experience withaccounting software such as Quickbooks /Xero/ Accounting Seed
Qualifications: CA/CPA. Any additional professionalcertification (e.g. CIMA CFA) is highlydesirable.
