Position Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Recruitment Associate Fresher to join our growing recruitment team. This role is perfect for recent graduates who are excited about talent acquisition and eager to contribute to connecting the right candidates with the right opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Use various platforms, including job portals, social media, and internal databases, to source potential candidates. Screening and Shortlisting: Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements. Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and ensure all logistical arrangements are in place. Job Postings: Create and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract quality applicants. Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and up-to-date information. Candidate Communication: Maintain professional communication with candidates, keeping them informed throughout the recruitment process. Offer Support: Assist in the preparation of offer letters and coordinate the offer process for selected candidates. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition. Collaboration: Work closely with the senior recruitment team to understand job requirements and strategize sourcing techniques. Documentation: Ensure all recruitment-related documentation, such as interview feedback and candidate records, is maintained accurately. Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas to improve the recruitment process and enhance the candidate experience. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with recruitment tools or software is a plus. Willingness to learn and grow in the recruitment field.
