The Executive (Job Role – Demo Activities ) will be responsible for brand promotion activities execution though Demo, Ensuring strong and effective reach at each market place, adherence on all system / policy / procedures.


***Experience in Solar Installation and site management will be preferred.


Job Responsibilities -

  • Activity Calendar plan as per the business need and area potential in consideration of HOD
  • Activities execution by adhering defined SOP’s as per calendar plan. (Road Show / Demo, Mechanic Meet, , Choupal, Canopy, Kisan Meet etc)
  • Demonstration of product range as per different applications for product establishment
  • Planning and coordination for proper marketing material availability as per the SOP for execution of secondary activities
  • Train the Team Members as well as the Trade partners at regular intervals regarding activities execution
  • Effective reporting and MIS management
  • Contribute to brand and category growth


Qualification - ITI/Diploma/Graduate

Experience - 2 to 3 Years

Technical Skills - Basic Ms-Office working and Internet surfing

Mandatory - Driving License, Two Wheeler vehicle and Android Phone


Measurable Deliverables -

  • Activity Plan Adherence as per the set parameters
  • Influencers registrations as per the guidelines
  • Handholding team by visiting them for on field for demonstration and training purpose as per requirement
  • 100 % Adherence on Reporting procedures
  • 100% achievement of business goals
