Calling all Audio VisionariesPocket FM, India's leading audio entertainment platform, is expanding its global reach and seeking a passionate Associate Producer to craft high-quality audio series specifically for the US market.Shape the Future of Audio StorytellingIn this pivotal role, you'll be the driving force behind the scenes, wielding your creative expertise to transform scripts into audio experiences that resonate with US audiences.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Quality Champion:

You'll meticulously monitor and ensure all content meets our rigorous quality standards, identifying and swiftly resolving any issues to maintain excellence.

Innovation Architect:

Foster a culture of creativity by implementing innovative strategies that streamline content creation processes and contribute to seamlessly launching shows.

US Market Savvy:

Possess a deep understanding of current audio-visual content trends within the US market, leveraging this knowledge to curate content that resonates with American listeners.

Leadership & Management:

Overseeing teams responsible for the production of 2-5 shows producing 20+ hours of content each month.

Data-Driven Decisions:

Utilize data insights to inform your creative vision and tailor content that resonates deeply with US audiences.

QUALIFICATIONS:

5+ years of experience

producing and managing high-quality audio/video content. Proven ability to identify and nurture exceptional artists (VOA talent preferred), directing them to deliver captivating performances.

 A passion for storytelling and a keen ear for crafting immersive audio experiences. A knack for translating data insights into creative content strategies. Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and ensure timely delivery. Strong communication skills, adept at bridging the gap between creative minds and technical teams. A self-motivated leader with a collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Deep understanding of current audio-visual content trends within the US market.

Strong preference for candidates who: Have understanding/experience of WebNovel, Wattpad, Royal Road, Radish, and similar web-fiction platforms. Are fans of Light Novels, Webtoons, Chinese web-novels, and similar Eastern fiction content.
