Position: Senior Producer 


Geek Pictures India, a leading innovator in visual storytelling, seeks a highly motivated Senior Producer to join our growing team.


Responsibilities:


a) Oversee the entire dubbing process for the assigned project (Undisclosed Feature Film), ensuring the highest quality localization for theatrical release in the territory of India.

b) Manage project lifecycle, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, guaranteeing deliverables meet stringent deadlines and quality standards.

c) Meticulously review and approve scripts, ensuring linguistic and cultural accuracy that resonates with Indian audiences.

d) Conduct rigorous quality checks on voice recordings, guaranteeing flawless tone, pacing, and emotional conveyance.

e) Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports, keeping leadership apprised of progress and potential challenges.

f) Analyze client and stakeholder feedback, proposing process improvements to optimize the project.

g) Act as the primary liaison between Geek Pictures India, Dubbing partners, Marketing agency, and Creative Director fostering clear communication and promptly addressing any concerns.

h) Project management from ideation to delivery for future upcoming projects in digital content creation, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.


Qualifications:


a) Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications or a related field (required).

b) Minimum of 7 years of proven relevant experience in the media and entertainment industry (required).

c) Demonstrated success in project management and collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders (required).

d) Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, fostering a collaborative production environment (required).

e) Proficiency in relevant dubbing software and technologies (required).

f) Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines (required).

g) Meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to quality (required).

h) Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory; fluency in Tamil & Telugu is preferred.


Position Details:


b) Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.

c) This position may require occasional travel to recording studios or vendor locations.

d) Flexible work hours may be necessary to meet project deadlines.

e) Residency in New Delhi, India, is mandatory.
