Role - Gitlab Admin Experience: 6-10 years WFO all 5 days of the week Shift: general shift Location - Bengaluru Candidate must be available for F2 F interview (final round) Immediate Joiners to 30 Days' notice period. 1. Git Lab CI/CD Governance: Design, implement, and enforce CI/CD best practices and standards using Git Lab. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipeline configurations, ensuring robustness and scalability. Monitor pipeline performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth and efficient builds. Implement and manage pipeline security, including secrets management and access controls. Perform regular reviews and audits of CI/CD processes to ensure compliance with best practices and organizational policies. 2. Git Lab Repository Governance: Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of Git Lab repositories. Develop governance policies for repository management, including storage, retention, and lifecycle. Ensure proper integration of Git Lab repositories with CI/CD pipelines and manage repository security and access controls. Monitor and optimize Git Lab repository performance and resolve any issues related to artifact storage and retrieval. Document and communicate Git Lab repository configurations, policies, and procedures. 3. Python Development: Develop and maintain Python scripts and tools to automate CI/CD processes and improve pipeline efficiency. Create custom integrations between Git Lab CI/CD, Git Lab repositories, and other tools using Python. Write and maintain code for custom plugins or extensions to enhance Git Lab CI/CD and repository functionalities. Collaborate with development teams to identify and address automation needs and implement Python-based solutions. Review and refactor Python code to ensure high quality and performance. 4. Co llaboration and Communication: Partner with development, Dev Ops, and IT teams to align CI/CD and Git Lab repository management strategies with business goals. Provide guidance and training on Git Lab CI/CD, Git Lab governance best practices, and Python scripting. Act as a key point of contact for issues related to CI/CD processes, Git Lab repository management, and Python development. 5. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in CI/CD, Git Lab repository management, and Python development. Identify and advocate for improvements to CI/CD processes, Git Lab governance, and Python-based tools. Evaluate and implement new tools or technologies that enhance CI/CD and Git Lab capabilities.
