The ideal candidate will be joining the Guest and Educator Technology team that will be focused on building dashboards and alerts within Splunk and Datadog. This individual will also be leading the implementation and maintenance of technology and providing advisory support for business requirements.Responsibilities:• Design and maintain observability dashboards and alerting systems using Splunk and Datadog.• Monitor application and infrastructure performance, availability, and usage trends.• Analyze logs, metrics, and traces to support incident response and root cause analysis.• Manage and execute Salesforce deployment activities using GitLab CI/CD pipelines, including metadata versioning, validation, and promotion across environments.• Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, and Salesforce teams to ensure deployment quality and system visibility.• Optimize data ingestion and retention strategies for observability tools.• Document deployment processes, observability standards, and troubleshooting guides
