We’re looking for a sharp, strategic FP&A Professional o lead planning, performance, and profitability across 8 business verticals at Imarticus Learning. This role partners directly with the CFO and CXO team to drive financial discipline, cost efficiency, and long-term value creation.What You’ll Lead- End-to-end Budgeting, Forecasting & Long-Range Planning- Monthly MIS, variance analysis & business performance reviews- Cost efficiency programs across marketing, subvention, tools, and overheads- Corporate finance initiatives – cash flow, capital allocation, working capital- Financial modelling, scenario planning & KPI dashboards- Collaboration with business heads to drive revenue, margin & ROI- Building a high-performing FP&A team and strengthening planning systems- Supporting the organisation with IPO & FundraisesWhat We’re Looking For- CA with 4–6 years in FP&A / Business Finance- Strong modelling, Excel/Power Query; Power BI/SQL is a plus- Track record of driving profitability, efficiency & strategic impact- Strong communication, executive presence & stakeholder management- Prior experience in Startups is huge plus.If you’re a finance leader who thrives in high-growth environments and wants to shape the financial future of a multi-vertical edtech, this role is built for you.
