The Opportunity:

An exceptional career opportunity for innovative, committed, and forward-looking individual to create transformational value in Finance Function.

• Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting, ensuring accurate performance tracking against business plans and operational metrics, including P&L monitoring.
• Drive financial performance improvement through detailed analysis of results, forecasts, variances, and trends; monitor key indicators such as cost efficiency, capacity utilization, productivity, and asset optimization.
• Conduct internal and external benchmarking to identify improvement opportunities; implement process enhancements and develop standardized/ad-hoc reports, analytical tools, and dashboards for better decision-making.
• Develop and manage long-term operating and capital budgets, delivering business plans, cost analysis, NSR, EBITDA, and FCF, while ensuring effective capital allocation and strategic financial planning.
• Lead cost optimization and automation initiatives to streamline financial processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs through optimized cost structures and digital solutions.
• Support senior leadership in strategic financial decision-making, including formulation and execution of long-term financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
• New expansion project analysis including benchmarking, project IRR and Payback.

The Successful Applicant

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA - First Attempt) with at least 4 to 7 years of extensive experience in FP&A or relevant areas.
• Strong communication leadership and skills, adept at effectively interacting with stakeholders, articulating financial strategies, and influencing decision-making.
• They should demonstrate strong analytical skills, business acumen, and effective communication.
