Job Title: Go HighLevel CRM Expert (Part-Time, Remote – India) Location: Remote (India) Engagement Type: Part-Time / Contract Duration: Ongoing Project-Based Engagement About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Go HighLevel (GHL) CRM Expert to support our client’s migration from Salesforce to Go HighLevel . The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Go HighLevel setup, automation, integrations, and workflow optimization, ensuring a seamless transition and enhanced CRM efficiency post-migration. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute the migration of data, workflows, and automations from Salesforce to Go HighLevel . Configure and customize Go HighLevel pipelines, campaigns, automations, and dashboards to align with business needs. Integrate Go HighLevel with third-party tools and communication platforms (email, SMS, calendar, etc.). Optimize lead management, marketing automation, and sales tracking workflows. Conduct system testing, data validation, and troubleshoot integration or workflow issues. Train internal stakeholders on Go HighLevel features and best practices. Provide ongoing technical support and performance enhancements post-implementation. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience working with Go HighLevel CRM (minimum 2 years preferred). Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM structure and data model. Hands-on experience with CRM migration projects . Proficiency in automation setup, triggers, campaigns, and funnel management . Experience integrating API-based tools, Zapier, or Make (Integromat) . Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage deliverables in a remote setting. Nice to Have: Prior experience working with marketing agencies or SaaS businesses . Knowledge of marketing automation, lead scoring, and analytics dashboards . Familiarity with Salesforce to GHL migration tools or scripts .
