Senior Sales ManagerIndia

tojoin our Industrial Measurements Salesorganization.

Yourprimary responsibility in this role is to develop and manage ourchannel partner network in India for our broad industrialmeasurement instruments offering which includes highend humidityhighend carbon dioxide measurement instruments and ContinuousMonitoring System for HVAC Industry.

Youare required to own named key customers in HVAC industry and workclosely with them to unearth their needs for high end measurementshelp build technically superior solutions and win business in asustainable and profitable manner.

Youwill personally drive profitable sales growth by executing salesactions. You will report to the General Manager India.

Theideal candidate should have at least 10 years sales experience indistributor management instrument sales with experience in the HVACindustry.

Theposition will be based in MumbaiIndia.

Keyresponsibilities:

Inthis role you will be responsiblefor:

  • Developingindividual country sales plan in consultation with all the relevantstakeholders to achieve a sustainable market across our existingand new product offering.
  • Managekey customers and drive sustainable and profitable growth.
  • ChannelPartner Development and Management whichincludes
    • Workingwith and managing distributors to ensure sales targets areachieved.
    • Monitoringperformance of existing distributors sales and marketingcampaigns.
    • Analyzingnew markets and seeking out suitable distributorcandidates.
    • Organizingregular distributor trainings to ensure product knowledge stays upto date.
    • Supportingdistributors on sales cases by providing timely response totechnical and pricing queries.
    • Developingsales tools fordistributors.
    • Jointcustomer visits with distributors.
  • Communicatingmarket requirements back to product managementteams
  • Definingand agreeing on marketing actions with marketing and businessmanagement.
  • Businessperformance reporting for your area of responsibility and Internalmeetings with your supervisor and/or product managementteam.

Qualifications:

  • B.Tech.(or equivalent) in Engineering (Preferably Electrical Electronic orMechanical)
  • Experiencein pan India sales and channelmanagement
  • Knowledgeof HVAC communicationprotocols
  • Experiencein both instrument sales as well as project sales. Experience inselling testing and measurement instruments security andsurveillance systems to HVAC industry would be highly preferred.
  • Willingnessto travel (40% to60%)
  • Negotiationand influencingskills.
  • Fluencyin English is mandatory.
