Job Title : Gen AI & Agentic AI Developer Location : Whitefield, Bengaluru Working Model : Hybrid Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days About Us: We are seeking a skilled Gen AI & Agentic AI Developer to join our client’s team and help build autonomous, intelligent systems that create real-world impact. If you're passionate about developing innovative AI solutions, we'd love to have you on board. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Optimize AI Models : Build and enhance Generative AI models (e.g., LLMs , GANs ) and Agentic AI systems for autonomous task execution and decision-making. MLOps Implementation : Design, implement, and manage MLOps pipelines to deploy, monitor, and scale AI models in production environments. RAG Integration : Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to improve AI model performance by leveraging real-time data. Lang Chain Development : Use Lang Chain to create scalable, robust NLP solutions with large language models. Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and mentor junior developers. Research and Innovation : Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and apply new advancements to projects. Key Requirements: Experience : 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development , with experience in Generative AI and Agentic AI . Programming : Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., Lang Chain, Tensor Flow , Py Torch , Hugging Face ). MLOps : Practical experience in model deployment, monitoring, and scaling, with a solid understanding of CI/CD practices for AI. RAG : Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation to enhance AI models by integrating external data sources. Cloud : Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS , GCP , Azure ) for AI model deployment. Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced Degree : Master’s or Ph. D. in Computer Science , AI , or a related field. Research : Publications in Generative AI or Agentic AI are a plus.
