Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Manager - Solar Design & Engineering. The Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with the design and engineering of solar systems, including PV design and electrical design. These projects shall be large rooftops and Open access utility scale. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solar solutions.

QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in the solar industry with a strong understanding of Solar PV, Civil & Electrical design, including HT & Switchyard designKnowledge of renewable energy technologies and industry standardsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsProject management experience is a plusBachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
