Roles and Responsibility.


Looking for a pricing expert who has a prior experience of a minimum 2-3 yrs in handling Pricing for certain business ( Preferably Pharma or FMCG). This role is expected to lead Pricing products, including automated rule-based and optimized pricing to enable top-line and bottom-line growth for Zeno.

This role is expected to operate from a business context and undertsanding of cause and effect of the relation between Pricing, Revenue & Gross Margins. This would need to create a continuous process around building a repository of competition pricing and will involve close collaboration with Category team, Store Operations team and Tech.


Responsiblities:

1. Responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies that aligns with the strategic objectives of the business

2. Collaborating with Category, Business operations, Tech and Consumer research teams to take informed decisions

3. Analyze competitor pricing strategies to identify opportunites and threats and taking calculative decisions

4. Undertsanding the funnel of Demand to Billed and gauge the impact of pricing decisions

5. Development of an automated pricing engine that would reduce inconsistencies across channels and control leakages


Required Skill sets ( including the qualitative skills)

1. Past experience of handling Pricing role (Preferably Pharma / FMCG Industry )

2. Strong analytical skill

3. Problem -solver

4. Strategic business understanding

5. Understanding of consumer research
