We are looking for Risk Analysts who would have handled the below mentioned role in any sector. Real Estate sector will be an added advantage. Desired candidate should have 4 to 6 years of work ex. in below area.

Job Role:

  • Review and analyse audit data from internal and external audits to identify trends, anomalies, and potential risks to the organization.
  • Identify, assess, and prioritize risks across the enterprise, including operational, financial, compliance, and strategic risks.
  • Develop and propose actionable recommendations to mitigate identified risks, working closely with relevant stakeholders to implement corrective measures.
  • Support the development and enhancement of risk management strategies and frameworks, ensuring their alignment with organizational goals.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, fostering a culture of risk awareness and ensuring a coordinated approach to risk management.
  • Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of risk management strategies and controls, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed risk assessment reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings and suggested actions.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of risk management training and awareness programs to enhance the organization’s risk culture.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in risk management to ensure the organization’s risk management processes are robust and up-to-date.

Required Skills and Qualification:

  • Any Post Graduate with proven experience in risk managements and risk audits.
  • Knowledge of risk management framework, policies and processes.
  • Understanding of construction, EPC industry
  • Understanding of financial and cyber risk scenarios.
  • Understanding of Construction industry related regulations.
