Job Title: Production Controller – Ayurveda & Organic Products
Location: Thrissur, Kerala
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the entire production process of Ayurveda and organic products ensuring efficiency and quality standards.
  • Ensure production targets are met while maintaining compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate raw material procurement, inventory management, and production scheduling.
  • Monitor product quality at every stage of the manufacturing process.
  • Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in line with regulatory and company standards.
  • Collaborate with R&D and Quality Assurance teams for process improvements and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety protocols in the production area.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualified Ayurveda Doctor (BAMS) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in production control or manufacturing roles, specifically in Ayurveda, organic products, FMCG, or pharmaceutical industries.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, GMP, and quality control practices.
  • Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively across departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
