Develop and implement performance improvement plansResponsible to generate and publish report with utmost accuracy by enhancing the value of data and information assets which is used to drive the statistics on the required parametersKnowledge on the Complete MIS DomainData Analysis & InterpretationsKnowledge on Financial Data Management and AnalysisFollow-up & Coordinating with the stake holders for the information requirements.Meeting the project Heads to understand specific requirements.Automation & Database ManagementEnsuring that the required reports are delivered on timeEnsure compliance to all process and procedures in organizationAdhere to all organization processes and policiesAdhere to all internal process of the Team
Ensure smooth, effective, and continuous communication channel open for better employee relationsVerify the effectiveness of information sharing process in their workgroupEstablish and maintain a culture of transparent and open communication and create participatory culture in the practice
Required Skill-Set:Proven experience in financial data management and analysisStrong knowledge on PnL and BudgetingProficiency in data visualization tools and financial modellingExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAttention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.Willingness to work in exclusive night shifts & to work in rotational off’s
