About the RoleWe are looking for an experiencedTechnical Content Writerto consolidate, elevate, and standardize documentation across our SaaS platform. In this role, you will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Client-facing teams to build a central, unified knowledge ecosystem that supports internal alignment and customer clarity. If you enjoy simplifying complex concepts, driving documentation strategy, and working in a collaborative, tech-forward environment, we’d love to meet you.Key Responsibilities1. Documentation Creation & ImprovementDevelop, refine, and maintain high-quality technical documentation including:Product requirementsDesign documentsArchitecture overviewsSupport models and playbooksRelease notes and feature summariesTranslate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, user-friendly content for both technical and non-technical audiences.2. Documentation Strategy & GovernanceBuild and manage a centralized documentation repository across tools such as Confluence, Notion, or similar platforms.Implement best practices, naming conventions, templates, and version control for documentation consistency.Establish processes to keep all content accurate, updated, and discoverable.3. Cross-functional CollaborationWork closely with Product Managers, Solution Architects, Engineers, and Customer Success teams to gather information and validate content.Participate in product discussions, sprint reviews, and roadmap sessions to proactively identify documentation needs.4. AI-Driven Content AccelerationUse AI tools to enhance, accelerate, and scale documentation quality while maintaining accuracy and editorial standards.Develop content workflows that leverage AI for first drafts, error detection, summarization, and documentation audits.Required Skills & Experience3–6 years of experience as a Technical Writer or Technical Content Creator, preferably in aSaaS or product-first environment .Strong understanding of software development concepts, cloud/SaaS architecture, APIs, workflows, and technical systems.Exceptional writing, editing, and information-structuring skills.Hands-on experience with documentation tools such asConfluence, Notion, Git-based documentation, or similar platforms .Ability to read and understand design documents, engineering requirements, and product specs.Proven capability to simplify and translate complex topics for diverse audiences.Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
