PositionOverview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist tolead our
Human Resources function. The ideal candidatewill be responsible for developing and
implementing HRstrategies aligned with the hospital's objectives fosteringa culture of
employee engagement developing PMS& KRA for the employees and recruitment for
ophthalmology division. He would be reporting directly toMD.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HRLeadership:
Develop and execute HR strategies inalignment with organizational goals.
Provide strategicguidance and support to senior management on HRrelatedmatters.
Drive initiatives to enhance organizationaleffectiveness and employee engagement.
Revamping HRprocess and policies and implement revised KPI and KRAaccordingly.
2. Change Management:
Designimplement and maintain HRIS software to meet organizationalneeds.
Lead HR initiatives related to organizationalchange mergers and acquisitions.
Support leadership inmanaging transitions and fostering a culture ofresilience.
Developing and implementing new processesand systems for efficient HR management.
3. TalentAcquisition and Management:
Oversee the recruitmentprocesses especially for ophthalmology ensuring theattraction
and retention of top talent.
Develop effective sourcing strategies to meet staffingneeds.
Implement performance management systems toassess and develop employee skills.
4. EmployeeRelations and Engagement:
Foster a positive workenvironment through effective employee relationsinitiatives.
Lead employee engagement efforts includingrecognition programs feedback
mechanisms andcommunication strategies.
Address employee grievancesand concerns in a timely and fair manner.
5. HROperations and Compliance:
Framing and maintainingdocuments in terms of SOP JD and other frameworkpolicies
etc.
Oversee HR operations includingpayroll benefits administration and HRIS
management.
Ensure compliance with all labor lawsregulations and hospital policies. Conductregular audits to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
6. Learning and Development:
Identify training anddevelopment needs to support employee growth and career
progression.
Implementing skill basedtraining.
Collaborate with department heads to designand deliver training programs.
Monitor and evaluatetraining effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HumanResources Business Administration or related field;
Masters degree preferred.
Proven experience in a seniorHR leadership role preferably within the healthcare
industry.
Indepth knowledge of HR best practices laborlaws and regulatory requirements in
India.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability toinfluence and engage
stakeholders at alllevels.
Excellent communication and negotiationskills.
Demonstrated ability to drive change andimplement innovative HR solutions.
