About the person To be successful in this position, the candidate will have suitable technical qualifications at Certificate IV level or equivalent industry experience, as well as experience operating and maintaining a wood machinery workshop, including CNC routers and laser cutters.  Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are mandatory, demonstrated by the ability to liaise, consult and present to a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.  A strong working knowledge of CAD & CAM software is essential.
