This job is for a Field Engineer for our company's office in Bangalore. The candidate will provide hardware support for Desktops, Laptops and Printers installed at our customer's premises in Bangalore and nearby cities.

Key Skills Required

  • Desktop, Laptop, and Printer Repair
  • Fault diagnosis
  • Troubleshooting and faulty parts replacement
  • Installation & Configuration

Roles and Responsibilities

  • We require a customer support engineer for the maintenance of desktops, laptops and printers.
  • Should be able to diagnose & replace faulty parts.
  • This is a field job and requires the candidate to travel to our customer's premises for diagnosis and repair activity.
  • It is essential for the candidate to own a two-wheeler for the purpose of traveling.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in working as a Field Engineer.
  • Good communication and a positive attitude are important.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Should be Presentable & Cheerful
