Looking for Location Head Hyderabad with MNC Insurance in Hyderabad location
Drive client retention across the book by managing service levels, escalations and SLAs with clients.
Expand additional products/services into existing clients; as well as build new business pipeline through the sales teams.
Ensure that financial performance of the Location meets or exceeds budgets and improvements vs. previous years.
Expanding presence through industry thought leadership and building strategic relationships.
Build, manage, coach & mentor the team Recruitment of capable staff for key roles and management of underperformers"
Ensure all KPI's/ scorecards are in place for team members to enable them to achieve their objectives.
Implement robust performance management and training processes and ensure timely implementation.
Working closely with the management to execute organizational initiatives Implement best practices in sales, servicing, campaigns & marketing procedures.
Partner effectively with Specialists in the region to develop the market and maximize leverage with clients.
Engage and build relationships with insurers in the market to help achieve desired outcomes on placement and remunerations.
The location leader is expected to work collaboratively in an matrix/helix environment with India Sales leader, specialty leaders, claims leaders etc to determine the expected outcomes and performance of sales, specialty and claims colleagues within the location.
