We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team and help provide excellent service to our valued customers.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
Assist customers with product information, order status, returns, and exchanges.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Maintain an updated knowledge of our products and services to offer accurate information.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
Maintain a customer feedback log to identify trends and suggest improvements.
Report on daily tasks and customer interactions to the team.
Qualifications :
0-2 years of experience in customer service or support or related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Empathetic and patient with a customer-first attitude.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Comfortable using customer service tools like CRM software, email systems, and online chat platforms.
Ability to work 5-6 hours a day from home with reliable internet access.
Willingness to visit the office occasionally for training purposes.
