JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Role : ServiceNow Developer - SPMRequired Skillset : ServiceNow Developer, SPM Modules, Strategic Portfolio Management, Integrations, ITBM.Experience Range : 4 - 10 YearsLocation : Pan IndiaNotice Period: 0 - 60 daysDesired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)Must-HaveTechnical CompetencyImplementation experience in ServiceNow SPM Application Portfolio Management and Project Portfolio ManagementExperience in ServiceNow scripting JavaScript, Web Services, AJAX, XML and Surveys / AssessmentsExperience in implementing ServiceNow processes and functionsGood Understanding of IT Portfolio , Finance, Project Portfolio Management, SDLC and Application Portfolio Management processesIntegration experience with Financial ,Project Accounting systems ,Application portfolio management inventory toolsWeb Services and JDBC integration experienceAbility to create and manage technology scoring criteria/model, documentation and analysis of applications, application disposition plans (enhance, maintain, retire, etc.)Knowledge of IT applications and the technology landscapeConceptual understanding of CMDB ,operating models, business processes and underlying IT that supports it and the organizations’ structureExpert-level knowledge of project and change management and associated methodologies, techniques, processes, and approaches (e.g., Project and Portfolio Management Methodology – Project, Cost, Resource, TimecardsGood understanding of SDLC Frameworks and associated methodologies, techniques, processes, and approaches (e.g., Scrum, SAFe)Certified in Systems Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist in Application Portfolio Management or Project Portfolio Management modulesShould possess knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodologyBasic knowledge with ITIL/industry standardsBehavioral competencyEffective communication skills with both non-technical and technical audiences (verbal and written)Excellent Interpersonal skills to work with the project team members collaborativelyParticipate and provide feedback during planning meetings (i.e., pre-iteration, and retrospectives)Good-to-HaveITIL V3/V4 foundation certificationMS Project or similar Project planning experienceServiceNow CMDB Micro certifiedService Certified Application developer(CAD) certificationResponsibility of / Expectations from the RoleWorks with business users to identify and refine ITBM/ SPM business requirements ,data collection processes and workflowsFacilitates the designing, configuring, and customizing SPM and PPM processesAids in translating business requirements into technical requirementsUnderstand the given application requirements (or User Stories) to convert into storiesUnderstand and follow the Best Practices and Standards/Guidelines for developmentParticipate in the Daily stand-up meetings and understand the changes proposed on the requirements / user storiesMust be self-directed and detail oriented in completing assigned tasks in an effective manner, meeting designated standards and criteriaResponsible for the code quality of assigned tasksPerform Unit Testing and do documentation as requiredProvide support to the users during the User Acceptance TestingProvide any required training to the users on the user stories and processes developed in ITBM modulesDevelops UI forms, fields, notifications, Scripts ,Assessments ,integrations and and workflows in respective ITBM/ SPM modulesBuilds reports, dashboards, and home pagesInterested candidates please connect with the following mail id :
