We are seeking an energetic, goal-oriented, and intellectually curious Generative AI professional with 4 - 9 years of experience who is interested in working collaboratively with our team members. You will be part of a global team that supports a diverse and innovative technology environment.

Responsibilities

Your role will involve developing, maintaining, and optimizing AI-powered applications, leveraging the latest advancements in Generative AI and machine learning. Responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing, and deploying Generative AI models to solve business challenges.
  • Training and fine-tuning AI systems, including custom language models and generative models.
  • Leveraging cloud platforms (Azure) to scale and deploy AI solutions effectively.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI functionalities into applications.
  • Staying updated on AI advancements and incorporating innovative solutions into the firm's operations.
  • Documenting processes, models, and solutions.

Technical Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Generative AI frameworks and tools (e.g., AI Foundry, Copilot Agents, Azure Assistant and OpenAI).
  • Proficiency in machine learning and AI development, including fine-tuning large language models (Claude LLMs).
  • Strong knowledge of Python and its AI/ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
  • Experience with Azure AI services, including Azure OpenAI or Cognitive Services.
  • Hands-on experience in web application development (REST APIs, HTTP, web services).
  • Knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks like React, TypeScript, or Blazor is a plus.
  • Experience with containerization tools like Docker and version control systems like Azure DevOps.
  • Microsoft Certifications (e.g., Azure AI Engineer) are a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
  • A passion for innovation and staying updated on the latest trends in AI and machine learning.
  • Good problem solving skills and a collaborative mindset with the ability to work in a diverse and dynamic team environment.
