About the Role :

We are an early-stage AI startup building next-generation intelligent systems. We're hiring an AI Backend Developer who's skilled in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and has a solid foundation in Python and Java for backend development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable backend systems powering AI-driven applications

- Implement RAG pipelines, LLM integrations, and Langchain workflows

- Build and manage agentic AI and voice-based interfaces

- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, product teams, and frontend developers

- Optimize performance, reliability, and deployment pipelines

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3+ years of backend or AI/ML software development experience

- Strong programming skills in Python and Java

- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Langchain, and RAG

- Familiarity with agentic AI systems, APIs, and orchestration tools

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker, and CI/CD

- Exposure to Voice AI technologies is a plus

- Solid understanding of system design, REST APIs, and microservices
