Job Description

Our client is rising fashion brand who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm: 

  • In charge of issues related to human resources of the managing deparment 

  • Promote and inspect the service quality of the recruitment, C&B, and training activities 

  • Effectively develop, manage, and excute HR strategies

  • Identify HR targets for specific periods 

  • Come up with detailed HR plans and coordinate HR to execute the plans 

  • Design agile organization structure to support business strategies/ operation 

  • Consult department heads with HR-related issues, come up with effective solutions and take part in coordinating HR to execute the solutions 

  • Advise, support, and be responsible for employees’ issues and benefits 

  • In charge of resolving conflicts/ employment relations, ensuring the employee engagement and retainment 

  • Assign tasks, manage quality, and promote task completion for HR services provided by the specialist deparments 

  • Act as the connection between the personnel department and the specialist departments 


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferring candidates with overseas study or FTU and NEU background 

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position at medium to large companies

  • Familiar with Vietnam’s Labour Law  

  • Ability to carry out research and documentation in English 

  • Fast-paced and aggressive working style 

  • Ability to communicate confidently and coherently 

  • Ability to analyze, consult, and persuade 

  • Logical mindset and problem-solving skills 

  • Possess good business acumen (business frameworks and indicators), industry knowledge (e-Commerce and fashion retails), and HR knowledge (Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Talent Management, OD, Performance Management, Total Rewards)

Requirements
