KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner closely with business to understand business priorities and enable/ support during night operations.
Achievement of the same through proactive consulting and ongoing data driven support, design and execution of periodic and relevant interventions.
If required, take care of Induction, On Boarding and Exit formalities.
Work on Process Standardisation and Organisational Development by implementing new ideas pertaining to Night Shift and Women's Safety
Weekly team reviews with various department leaders and work with managers on action plan for non-performers.
Conducting regular meeting and touch points with employees and Senior Leadership to understands the Issues/Grievances/Barriers.
Ensure statutory requirements are adhered to closure in a timely manner
Conducting surveys and market trend analysis to innovate and strengthen processes and bring in best Practices.
Responsible for maintaining employee confidential and non-confidential data (both in soft and hard copies)
Handling Time Office, Attendance and Leave Management as per roster managed by leaders.
Lead employee grievances to enable healthy workplace principles.
Maintain relevant databases and create and publish MIS / dashboards on BAU, projects, etc.
Co-create a vibrant and energizing culture and team

ROLE-SPECIFIC SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES

Skills/Experience
Postgraduate with minimum 7-8 years of experience in HR generalist role with a fast-paced organization
Should have an experience in SSC/BPO/ITES.
Must be flexible to night shift
Experience in partnering with business independently
Engage with all levels including senior leadership
Must have great communication skills, Computer skills, MIS, dashboards & presentations skills.
Should have excellent Interpersonal Skills, empathy, agility and Business acumen
