Key Responsibilities

  • Design and refine user interfaces for 8bit.ai’s products, ensuring a balance between visual appeal and functionality.
  • Collaborate closely with the product team and engineers to translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs for optimal user experience.
  • Create interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively to the development and leadership teams.
  • Incorporate front-end development knowledge to bridge the gap between design and development, ensuring feasibility and efficient execution of designs.
  • Maintain and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency in style, typography, color schemes, and interaction patterns across all 8bit.ai products.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in UI/UX design and incorporate best practices to improve the overall product experience.


Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on digital products.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design skills and the ability to solve complex design problems.
  • Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Strong sense of adaptability, work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
