Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Lease Finance Management (OLFM) Functional Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 6-9 years of Oracle Applications R122x functional experience, particularly in OLFM, finance modules (AP, AR, OLFM, Install Base), and configuration processes. This role requires strong functional knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a global team environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Utilize in-depth knowledge of Oracle Lease Finance Management (OLFM) including Ledgers, SLA, Source Transactions, and Accounting Sources.

- Manage and optimize OLFM module apps related to booking, funding, invoice to receipts, quote to termination, asset return, and release.

Finance Module Management :

- Oversee and support finance modules such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), OLFM, and Install Base.

- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of financial transactions.

Configuration and Implementation :

- Configure products, accounting templates, pricing, booking, funding, pre-funding, rebooking, transfer and assumptions, re-lease, investor agreement, terminations, asset return and remarketing, and syndications.

- Provide expertise in the end-to-end lifecycle management of leasing contracts.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Interact and collaborate effectively within the team and with clients.

- Communicate complex concepts and processes clearly and concisely to stakeholders.

Independent and Team Work :

- Function independently with minimal direction, taking ownership of tasks and delivering high-quality results.

- Work effectively within a team environment that spans across various regions globally.

Shift Work : Be open to working in shifts as required to meet project and client needs.

Qualifications :

- 6-9 years of functional experience with Oracle Applications R122x, with a focus on OLFM.

- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with finance modules (AP, AR, OLFM, Install Base).

- Proficient in the configuration of OLFM processes and functions.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

- Willingness to work in shifts to accommodate global team requirements
