We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle Functional Consultant - Lease Finance Management (OLFM) with a strong background in Oracle Lease Finance Management (OLFM) and related finance modules. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge, extensive experience in implementation, and a proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

Functional Expertise and Implementation :

- Provide functional expertise in Oracle Lease Finance Management (OLFM), including Ledgers, SLA, Source Transactions, and Accounting Sources.

- Configure and implement OLFM applications including booking, funding, invoicing, receipts, quote to termination, asset return and release.

- Oversee the configuration of products, accounting templates, pricing, booking, funding, pre-funding, rebooking, transfer and assumptions, re-lease, investor agreements, terminations, asset returns, remarketing, and syndications.

Module Management :

- Ensure effective management of OLFM modules and related finance modules such as Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and iExpenses.

- Demonstrate excellent understanding and experience in the OLFM functionality, including application to booking, invoice to receipt, inquiry to resolution, quote to termination, asset return to disposal, and period to close.

Tax Engine and Compliance :

- Manage and implement Vertex Integration Tax Engine for accurate tax calculations and compliance.

Client Engagement and Leadership :

- Lead and coordinate with client stakeholders to report status, control risks, build mitigation plans, and suggest proactive improvements.

- Provide solid customer service and client-facing support.

Team Leadership and Management :

- Lead a team of Functional and Technical Consultants, providing guidance and ensuring effective collaboration.

- Oversee and manage implementations, integrations, developments, upgrades, conversions, and support and Reporting :

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of OLFM and related modules.

- Generate comprehensive reports on system performance, project status, and other relevant Support :

- Function independently with minimal direction and work effectively in a team environment spanning regions across the globe.

- Be open to travel for short or long-term assignments within and outside India as needed.

- Be flexible and open to working in shifts to accommodate global team :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.

- 12+ years of functional experience with Oracle Applications R12.2, specifically with Oracle Lease Finance Management (OLFM).

- Proven experience with finance modules such as Accounts Payables (AP), Accounts Receivables (AR), OLFM, and Install Base.

- Strong functional knowledge of OLFM module applications and related configurations.

- Experience with Vertex Integration Tax Engine and lease contract management.

- Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to manage a team of consultants.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.

- Solid customer service and client-facing experience.

- Ability to function independently and manage projects with minimal direction.

- Willingness to travel and work in shifts as required.
