We are looking for a passionate, accomplished, and dynamic individual to Head the Digital Excellence Centre in India. '

This role is critical in managing and enhancing the capabilities of our Indian team, which operates as an extended enterprise closely aligned with overseas counterparts (in Europe), reflecting a consistent international strategy.

Client - Is a world class reputed organization engaged and specialized in providing end to end engineering Services & Solutions for worlds most challenging energy and infrastructure projects, Nuclear Industry etc..

Required Skills & Qualification :

- Deep understanding of the industrial sector and mastery of Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, data science, BIM, etc).

- 10+ years' experience in leading development teams, with experience in international and cross-cultural environments.

- Engineering degree, preferably with a specialization in digital technologies or equivalent.

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with an ability to foster collaboration across international teams.

- Exceptional analytical thinking and prioritization capabilities.

- Fluency in English; French language skills are a plus

Key Responsibilities :


- Leadership and Integration : Establish priorities and objectives for the development team, emphasizing seamless integration with overseas counterparts.

- Strategic Planning : Contribute to and approve digital engineering solution roadmaps aligned with overseas counterparts.

- Recruitment and Team Development : Managing the recruitment of new resources in the digital innovation team.

- Performance Monitoring : To manage and oversee the performance of the team.

- Expansion of Digital Solutions : To identify new areas for innovation and align exploration efforts with international DEC objectives.

- Project Delivery Excellence : Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and meet quality standards
