This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Key Responsibilities:Project Leadership:Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of multiple technical projects.Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, deliverables, and timelines.Technical Expertise:Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring the application of best practices in software development and architecture.Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve project delivery and efficiency.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing hands-on support when necessary.Stakeholder Management:Collaborate with clients, business users, and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide regular project updates, and ensure alignment with business goals.Build and maintain strong relationships with executive leadership, business users, and other stakeholders.Team Management:Manage, mentor, and develop technical teams, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, promoting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.Process Optimization:Implement and optimize agile methodologies and modern SDLC practices, such as Scrum, DevOps, and QA engineering.Continuously assess and enhance project management processes, tools, and standards to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.18+ years of experience in IT, with extensive hands-on development and lead software development exposure.Proven experience as a Technology Architect, Technical Manager, Project Lead, or similar role.Strong expertise in .NET Core, .NET, C#, MS SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Microservices, REST API, and cloud services (Azure, AWS).Demonstrated experience with agile project delivery, JIRA, Scrum, Kanban, and other project management tools (MPP, etc.).Excellent understanding of modern SDLC practices, including DevOps and QA engineering.Strong experience in domains such as Supply Chain Management, Insurance, BFSI, and Print and Publication.Proven track record of managing complex, business-critical projects with cross-functional teams spanning multiple regions and functions.AWS Cloud Practitioner certification and Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) are preferred.Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
