Role Description

We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer for a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai. The Lead Software Engineer will be responsible for leading software development projects, designing and developing back-end web applications, and implementing/architecting solutions. The role will also involve mentoring team members, conducting code reviews, client handling and ensuring high-quality software development and delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Computer Science
  • Expertise in Front-end and Back-End Web Development
  • Experience in architecting solutions for client projects
  • API development
  • Experience in leading software development projects and mentoring junior developers
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with AI and system integration is a plus
  • Client handling experience is a must
