Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager located in Hyderabad. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, developing business plans, and providing customer service. The Key Account Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing account strategies, analyzing customer data, and identifying new business opportunities.


Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in an agency or similar role
  • Analytical Skills and Business Planning
  • Account Management and Key Accounts
  • Customer Service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in key account management is preferred
  • Graphic Design knowledge is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field


The Idea Key Account Manager should be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Excellent presentation and good time management
  • Positive outlook with a problem solving and “can do” attitude
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and internal systems and databases
  • Ideally some experience in FMCG / stationery categories
  • Sound judgement and clear decision making
  • Assist with shoots on-site
