JOB SUMMARY Responsible for productivity of the Defense Unit and forrecruitment and development of prahri managers (PMs), officer rakshak & A&A. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Facilitate creation of effective distribution of officer rakshak and A&A as peryearly goal sheet. To meet the revenue targets for the Defense Unit To track the productivity measures as per the GPA : Premium per agent , caserate , persistency, Paid cases per agent , YTD appointments , Retention Rate andannual FYP standards. To identify ,interview and select new prahri managers Adhere to Prahri Manager linked sales and service standards Conduct weekly performance review (PRP) for prahri managers To ensure retention of Prahri Managers by formulating their developmentplans, meeting their training needs and communicating with them on a regularbasis. To conduct regular Audits on Defense Activities Help Prahri Managers in maximizing business from a given DefenseUnit/Establishment Supervise the activity plan of prahri managers, officer rakshaks & agents toensure that these are fulfilled as per the desired standards To ensure that all prahri managers, officer rakshaks and Agents undersupervision perform as per the companys rules and regulationsPreference of Industry backgroundPreference 1: Insurance/financial sales exp +defense experience
