Online Trading Assistant Manager Durham My client is based in the North East offering a hybrid model of working 1 to 3 days in the office a week and the remaining from home. The brand is a well-known business with fantastic benefits and clear progression routes. You will deliver an engaging shopping experience by combining a data-driven approach with a visual strategy. You will support the full optimisation of promotions, the development of the customer journey and develop and deliver a commercial website content plan which is aligned with the business trading plan. You will coordinate the website content plan and promotional visibility across the site in line with the trade plan. You will present in digital trade meetings, identifying trends and opportunities to improve performance. You will be capable of task management, decision making and problem-solving. You will have a working knowledge of merchandising processes, procedures and systems. You will have proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
