We are committed to building meaningful careers and place the highest priority on the well-being of our team.Role OverviewRole Name: AM/Manager ProcurementReporting to: Senior Manager - ProcurementKey Responsibilities- Source raw materials and packaging with focus on quality, cost, and lead times.- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with vendors.- Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships.- Track market trends and pricing fluctuations to inform procurement decisions.- Ensure inventory levels align with production plans and avoid stockouts.- Monitor supplier performance using KPIs like delivery time and rejection rates.- Identify and onboard alternate suppliers for risk mitigation.Key Qualifications:- Bachelor’s in supply chain, Food Tech, or related field; MBA is a plus.- 5–12 years in procurement, preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing.- Strong in planning and coordination with supplier.- Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software.- Understanding of food safety, packaging specs, and shelf-life impacts.- Detail-oriented with strong commercial acumen.Interested?If this role sounds like you, then apply with us You have plenty of room for growth at i D.
