Roles and Responsibilities:

· Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls,responding to emails and interfacing with clients ·
· Prepare expense report on all the business unities ·
· Coordination with Chartered Accountant office ·
· Uphold a strict level of confidentiality ·
· Organize and schedule meetings and appointments ·
· Maintain contact lists ·
· Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and · · Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports ·
· Develop and maintain a filing system ·
· Order office supplies ·
· Book travel arrangements ·
· Submit and reconcile expense reports ·
· Provide general support to visitors ·
· Recording daily incoming and outgoing transactions ·· Keeping track of receipts of office expenses or expenses incurred by managers or executives
