About the Internship:

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven freshers to join our Human Resources team as HR Trainees. This internship offers hands-on experience in core HR functions and a chance to learn the ropes of talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups
• Support onboarding and induction processes
• Maintain and update HR databases and documentation
• Help organize employee engagement activities
• Assist in drafting HR policies and internal communications
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team
