Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic

Founder’s Office Manager

to work closely with our founder in driving the growth and success of Karma Maths. This pivotal role involves supporting the founder in various operational, strategic, and administrative tasks to ensure the seamless execution of our mission. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong background in education, business operations, or a related field, preferably with an IIT or equivalent technical background.

Key Responsibilities•

Strategic Support:• Assist the founder in developing and implementing strategic initiatives.• Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions and identify growth opportunities.• Coordinate with different departments to ensure alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.•

Operational Management:• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all functions.• Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.• Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures to optimize workflow.•

Communication and Coordination:• Serve as a liaison between the founder and internal teams, facilitating clear and effective communication.• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for meetings and strategic discussions.• Coordinate meetings, events, and other engagements for the founder.•

Business Development:• Identify and pursue partnerships, collaborations, and business opportunities that align with Karma Maths’ mission.• Support fundraising efforts, including preparing pitch materials and coordinating with investors.•

Administrative Support:• Manage the founder’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.• Assist with HR-related tasks, including recruitment and onboarding of new team members.•

Continuous Improvement:• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to keep Karma Maths at the forefront of educational innovation.

Qualifications•

Educational Background:• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Engineering (preferably IIT), or a related field.•

Experience:• 3+ years of experience in a strategic, operational, or administrative role, preferably within the education sector or a startup environment.• Proven track record of managing projects and supporting executive leadership.•

Skills:• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Office).• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.•
