Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at H27 healthcare Technologies and Services Pvt Ltd located in Kolkata metropolitan area. As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance with HR policies and regulations.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldProven experience in HR management, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR policiesStrong knowledge of labor laws and regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain confidential information and handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalismStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsProficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office SuiteHR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plusExperience in the healthcare industry is a plus

Experience:3 years plus. Experience of working in a start up is a plus

Salary:3 LPA to 10 LPA
