Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kolkata for a Human Resources Specialist. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee onboarding and offboarding, conducting performance reviews, handling employee relations issues, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office- Experience with recruitment and talent acquisition is a plus- Professional HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
