Role & responsibilities

  • Generate leads through data provided by the company.
  • Conduct calls to potential clients to promote life insurance products.
  • Meet sales targets by selling policies to new customers and upselling existing ones.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions .
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 0-1 year of experience in B2C sales or telesales industry (preferably).
  • Strong understanding of life insurance products and services.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; ability to build rapport with clients over phone/email.
  • Ability to work independently from home office environment; flexible schedule required.
