Position Overview :

We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to join us as the Head of AI Products. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the development, implementation, and commercialization of our AI products and solutions.


Key Responsibilities :


- Define and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for AI product development aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.


- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of AI professionals, including data scientists, product managers and designers


- Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring quality, scalability, and market relevance.


- Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for AI products, including branding, pricing, positioning, and promotional activities.


- Demonstrate strong hands-on expertise in AI technologies, including machine learning model development, deep learning frameworks, and AI toolkits.


- Proven track record of leadership in AI product development, preferably in a technology-driven organization.


- Effective communicator and influencer, capable of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.


We need people from IIT, IIIT, BITS Pilani or from top engineering colleges.
