Traiter toutes les demandes, modifications et annulations de réservations par téléphone, fax ou e-mail. Identifier les besoins de réservation des clients, déterminer le type de chambre approprié et vérifier la disponibilité et le tarif de ce type de chambre. Expliquer les politiques de garantie, de tarification spéciale et d'annulation aux appelants. Répondre aux demandes spéciales et les documenter. Répondre aux questions sur les installations/services de l'hôtel et les chambres. Appliquer les techniques de vente pour maximiser les revenus. Communiquer des informations concernant certaines réservations VIP. Saisir des données dans le système de réservation et y accéder. Relever les défis liés aux demandes d'hébergement en communiquant avec les personnes ou services concernés. S'assurer de la précision de la liste des chambres bloquées et des réservations. Saisir les listes d'hébergement des groupes à l'aide des systèmes de réservation, revoir le blocage des chambres afin de maintenir le nombre nécessaire de chambres disponibles, et conserver des fichiers organisés sur tous les groupes. Définir les comptes de facturation appropriés, conformément aux politiques de la Comptabilité. Suivre et appliquer toutes les politiques et procédures de la chaîne ; s’assurer de porter un uniforme de travail propre et complet ; avoir une apparence soignée et professionnelle en tout temps sur les lieux de travail ; respecter la confidentialité dans la diffusion d’informations propres à la bannière et/ou à l’hôtel et protéger tous les biens de la compagnie. Accueillir et recevoir les clients selon les standards de la compagnie, anticiper leurs besoins et y répondre, aider les personnes handicapées et remercier chaleureusement les clients. Utiliser un langage clair et courtois lors de toute communication ; préparer et corriger avec précision et exhaustivité des documents rédigés ; répondre au téléphone en employant le langage approprié. Développer des relations professionnelles positives et constructives avec vos pairs ; s’unir et s’entraider afin d’atteindre les buts communs ; écouter et répondre de façon appropriée aux problèmes des autres employés. Se conformer aux exigences et standards de qualité. Lire et vérifier visuellement des informations dans différents formats. Déplacer, soulever, porter, tirer et placer des charges pesant 4,5 kilos maximum de façon autonome. Effectuer toutes les autres tâches demandées par les responsables et qui correspondent au poste.QUALIFICATIONS RECOMMANDÉESNiveau d’études: Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalence de niveau secondaire.Expérience de travail connexe: Au moins 1 an d’expérience de travail connexe.Expérience de supervision: Aucune expérience de supervision.Permis ou certification: Aucune Marriott International souscrit au principe de l’égalité d’accès à l’emploi.
